🔥 THE ROAD TO HEAVEN REMAINS NARROW — EVEN UNDER GRACE 🔥

🔥 THE ROAD TO HEAVEN REMAINS NARROW — EVEN UNDER GRACE 🔥

Many believers today assume that because of grace, the narrow road has become wide.

They reason:
“Jesus paid it all, so holiness no longer matters.”
“God understands my weakness.”
“Grace covers everything, so the way to Heaven must now be easy.”
But Jesus never changed His words.

👉 “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction…
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
— Matthew 7:13–14

Notice:
Jesus did not say this road would become wider after the cross.
He said it would remain narrow — and few would find it.

Grace did not widen the road.
Grace made it possible to walk the road.

✝️ WHAT GRACE REALLY DOES
Grace does not remove the narrowness of the way.
Grace removes the impossibility of walking it.
👉 “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world.”
— Titus 2:11–12

Grace does not excuse sin.
Grace teaches us to deny it.
Grace is not permission to stay on the broad road.
Grace is the power to leave it.

⚠️ THE DANGEROUS DECEPTION OF OUR TIME
Many now preach a grace that says:
• You can love the world and love God
• You can live in sin and still be saved
• You can walk the broad road and still reach Heaven
But Scripture says:
👉 “Friendship with the world is enmity with God.” — James 4:4
👉 “Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.” — Hebrews 12:14
👉 “Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid.” — Romans 6:1–2

If grace made the road wide, Jesus would not say: 👉 “Strive to enter in at the strait gate.” — Luke 13:24
Why strive, if it is wide?

🛤️ WHY THE ROAD IS STILL NARROW
The road is narrow because it still:

• requires self-denial
• demands obedience
• rejects compromise
• resists the world
• follows Christ, not culture
👉 “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” — Luke 9:23

The cross is not a compromise of God’s standard.
The cross is not a comfortable passage.
The cross is not popular expectation.
And the road to Heaven after the cross is not broad.

💔 THE TRAGEDY OF A FALSE ASSURANCE
Many think they are on the narrow way because they:
• Go to church
• Know Bible verses
• Say “Lord”
• Believe in grace

Yet Jesus warned:
👉 “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father.” — Matthew 7:21
Grace saves us —
But obedience proves we are saved.

🔥 THE BALANCE OF TRUTH
Grace is free.
But the way is narrow.
Salvation is a gift.
But discipleship is costly.
Forgiveness is instant.
But walking with Christ is daily.
👉 “If we walk in the light, as he is in the light… the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” — 1 John 1:7

Grace keeps us on the narrow road —
It does not turn the narrow road into a highway.

🔔 FINAL QUESTION
Are you trusting in grace
while walking the broad road?

Or are you walking the narrow road
by the power of grace?

Because in the end, it is not grace that fails men — It is men who misunderstand grace.

Don’t be deceived
The gate is still strait.
The way is still narrow.
The call is still holy.
The end is still Heaven.
Choose the narrow way, Walk it by grace and Finish it in glory.
