Jesus warns us to remain spiritually alert. Prayer strengthens us where temptation seeks access. Watching means awareness; praying means dependence on God. Today, spiritual vigilance protects your heart.

Lord Jesus, keep my heart alert and my spirit prayerful. Strengthen me against temptation and distraction. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ,
Keep my spirit alert and my heart prayerful. Protect me from temptation and distraction. Teach me to depend on You in every moment.
Strengthen my discipline in prayer and guard my heart from spiritual weakness.
